Female Cancer
Panel
The Female Cancer Screening Support Panel evaluates a group of laboratory markers commonly used to monitor or assess cancer-related risk patterns. These markers may be helpful in identifying abnormal trends that warrant further evaluation, particularly when used alongside medical history, symptoms, and appropriate imaging or specialist care.
This panel can help identify patterns associated with:
Possible tumor marker elevation
Gynecologic and breast cancer–related marker trends
Gastrointestinal or abdominal cancer marker patterns
Hormone-related tumor marker activity
Pregnancy-related hormone presence when clinically relevant
This panel does not diagnose cancer on its own and is not a substitute for routine screenings such as mammograms, pelvic exams, Pap testing, or imaging studies. Results are interpreted within the broader clinical picture and may help guide referrals, additional testing, or continued monitoring when appropriate.
This add-on is typically recommended only when there is a specific clinical indication, personal or family history of cancer, or when additional insight is needed as part of a larger evaluation.
Includes:
• CA 15-3 • CA 19-9 • CA 125 • AFP, Tumor Marker • B-HCG, Qualitative Serum • CEA
