The Core Wellness Panel is the foundational starting point for care. This panel is designed to help us understand where your body is currently functioning well and where it may need additional support.

We believe in caring for the body with wisdom and intention. Rather than ordering extensive testing all at once, we take a step-by-step approach. Based on your results, symptoms, and individual goals, additional targeted lab add-ons may be recommended later. This allows testing to remain personalized, avoids unnecessary or duplicate labs, and ensures that each next step is taken with clarity and purpose.
